What are your gym's hours of operation?

Our gym is open Monday to Friday 5:30am to 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 4pm.

What amenities does your gym offer?

We provide a wide range of amenities including state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, lockers, changings rooms with showers and hairdryers.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer various membership options, including monthly and annual plans. We also have options for couples, families, and corporate groups.

Are there any age restrictions for membership?

Members must be at least 16 years old.

Do you provide personal training services?

Yes, we offer personalised training sessions with certified trainers. Our trainers can help you set and achieve your fitness goals.

What safety measures do you have in place?

We maintain a clean and sanitised environment at all times. Our staff conducts regular cleaning and disinfection routines, and we also have strict safety protocols in place.

Do you have to have an induction to use the gym?

Alternatively, an induction can be booked in with a fitness instructor at reception.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have ample parking space available for our members, at the rear of the car park.

Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?

Of course! We offer Pay as You Go passes to use the gym, before you commit to a membership.

How can I cancel my membership?

Members can cancel their membership by filling out a cancellation form at the gym's front desk, with 30 days’ notice.

Do you have any dietary guidance available?

We provide basic nutritional guidance, and our trainers can recommend suitable dietary plans to complement your workout routine.
